Returns & Exchanges Accepted if:

Product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.

Request is made within 7 days of delivery.

Item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

Proof of purchase is available.

Non-Returnable Items:

Customized or personalized products.

Clearance or promotional sale items (unless defective/damaged).

Products damaged due to misuse, improper washing, or wear & tear.

Hygiene-sensitive items (caps, tote bags, masks) once worn/used.

Return Process:

Share order number, photos, and reason for return.

Pack product securely for return.

Refunds:

Processed within 7–10 business days after quality check.

Issued to original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless our error).

Exchanges:

Based on stock availability.

If unavailable, a refund will be issued.
