At Cinemeals, we work hard to ensure your favorite movie merchandise reaches you quickly, safely, and in perfect condition. Please read our shipping policy below:

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email/SMS once your order has been packed and dispatched.

2. Delivery Timelines

Standard Delivery: 5–8 working days (depending on your location).

Express Delivery: 2–3 working days (available for select pin codes).

Delivery timelines may vary during festive seasons, promotional sales, or unforeseen courier delays.

3. Shipping Charges

Free shipping is available on orders above ₹999.

For orders below ₹999, a nominal shipping fee of ₹₹70 may apply (calculated at checkout).

Express delivery charges are calculated separately.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available across most pin codes in India.

A small convenience fee may be applicable for COD orders.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID and courier details via SMS/Email.

You can track your package on the courier partner’s website/app until it reaches your doorstep.

6. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all major cities and towns across India.

International shipping is not available at the moment through website, you can DM us regarding this

7. Delays & Exceptions

Delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as courier strikes, natural calamities, or regional restrictions.

In case of a delay beyond 10 working days, please contact our support team for assistance.
